We firmly support originality. Original works are the crystallization of the creator’s wisdom and efforts, and every original work should be respected and protected. On the HBART platform, we encourage creators to give full play to their creativity and show unique artistic style and ideological connotation.
Secondary production is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized secondary production not only infringes on the rights and interests of the original author, but also undermines the fairness of the creative ecology. We require that all creators publish works on the platform to be independently created by themselves, and no secondary production such as plagiarism, adaptation, and splicing of other people’s works is allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to upload infringing version galleries. Any work composed of infringing pictures, materials, etc. is not allowed to appear on the platform. Creators should ensure that the materials they use have legal sources or are created by themselves to avoid copyright disputes. Creators who violate the above standards will face penalties. We will take measures such as warnings, removing works from shelves, restricting account functions, and even permanently banning accounts according to the severity of the violation. At the same time, we will also actively cooperate with the copyright holders in their rights protection actions and hold the creators who violate the law accountable.
